Real Stories from Collective Real Estate Participants

MovNuke is an independent weekly podcast where people who have participated in collective real estate projects in Chile speak openly—sharing what worked, what didn't, and everything in between.

Journalism, not promotion.

MovNuke operates with full editorial independence. We do not evaluate specific projects, endorse platforms, or accept commercial arrangements that could influence our content. Every episode is produced to inform—not to sell.

Inside collective real estate—honestly

Each episode explores a participant's full journey through a collective real estate project in Chile—from initial interest to final outcome, without editorial filters or commercial bias.

First-Person Accounts

Participants narrate their experience in their own words—expectations, decisions, surprises, and results. No scripts, no coaching.

Balanced Perspectives

We actively seek stories that include both positive outcomes and genuine difficulties. Incomplete stories don't serve listeners.

Chile-Specific Context

Legal frameworks, regional dynamics, and market conditions in Chile form the backdrop for every conversation we publish.

Community-Centered Journalism

Our editorial approach places the participant community at the center. We don't speak about them—we give them the microphone. This commitment shapes every production decision we make, from how we select guests to how we structure episodes.

Editorial Independence

No platform sponsorships. No project evaluations. Content decisions are made solely by our editorial team.

Long-Form Format

Episodes give participants time to tell complete stories—not sound bites. Depth over brevity, always.

Contextual Research

Our team researches each topic before recording so conversations are grounded in relevant context without becoming lectures.

Three ways we tell stories

Our episodes follow distinct formats depending on the nature of the experience being shared. Each format serves a different informational purpose.

Solo Testimony

One participant, one uninterrupted story. The host facilitates but the guest drives the narrative.

  • Deep personal narrative
  • Full project timeline covered
  • Emotional and practical dimensions
  • Approximately 50–70 minutes

Follow-Up Series

A participant returns across multiple episodes as their project evolves—capturing change over time.

  • Longitudinal perspective
  • Real-time developments captured
  • Before and after documented
  • Two to four episodes per series

We don't evaluate projects. We document people's experiences with them.

There is an important distinction between journalism and advocacy. MovNuke exists to provide information, not recommendations. Listeners are capable of drawing their own conclusions from the stories they hear. Our role is to ensure those stories are told completely and honestly.
