Project Principles
The values that guide every decision MovNuke makes—from how we select participants to how we handle corrections.
These principles were established at the founding of MovNuke and guide every editorial and operational decision we make. They are not aspirational statements—they are operational commitments that we apply consistently.
Completeness over comfort
We do not publish partial stories. If a participant's experience includes difficulties, delays, or disappointments, those elements are part of the story. Omitting them would misrepresent the experience and fail our listeners. We actively encourage participants to share the full arc of their experience, not just the highlights.
Participant autonomy
Participants control their own narratives. We do not coach, script, or direct participants on what to say. We ask questions to help them articulate their experience, but the substance of what is shared comes from them. Participants review episodes before publication and can request corrections of factual errors—though not editorial changes to content they simply prefer not to have shared.
No financial guidance
MovNuke does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or guidance of any kind. The experiences shared by participants describe what happened to them in their specific circumstances. They are not predictive, prescriptive, or generalizable to other situations. We include a clear disclaimer in every episode.
No project or platform evaluation
MovNuke does not assess the quality, reliability, financial soundness, or legal standing of any collective real estate project or platform. We publish participant experiences—not editorial judgments about the entities involved. A positive experience with a project does not constitute our endorsement of it; a negative experience does not constitute our condemnation of it.
Diversity of experience
We actively seek participants whose experiences span different project types, outcomes, geographic regions within Chile, and demographic backgrounds. A podcast that only features successful outcomes, or only features participants from one type of project, would provide a distorted picture of the collective real estate landscape.
Transparent corrections
When we make errors—and we will—we correct them openly. Corrections are issued in the episode notes of the affected content and mentioned in the following episode. We do not silently edit published audio without disclosure. Our correction history is part of our public record.
Listener respect
We do not treat listeners as an audience to be persuaded toward any conclusion. We present information and perspectives, and trust that listeners are capable of forming their own views. This means we avoid framing, leading questions, and editorial commentary that pushes listeners toward particular interpretations.
Long-term perspective
MovNuke is not built around short-term content cycles. We invest in long-form episodes that allow participants to tell complete stories. We follow up with participants over time when projects continue to evolve. We prioritize depth and accuracy over speed and volume.
